CANDIDATE PROFILE:

EDUCATION: B.E / B.Tech

EXPERIENCE: 5-6 yrs

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

At least 5 yrs experience as a Business Analyst or Sr. Systems Analyst in the IT dept of Life Insurance organization or Insurance Software House focusing on Life insurance.

Knowledge in Oracle development tools will be an added advantage.

Should be able to understand the business requirements in Life Insurance & translate that into technical specifications for the software developers.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Must be prepared to work on overseas projects

Overview & Purpose of the Role:
Analyze and evaluate client initiated changes to existing systems to enhance or develop from a business perspective. Define scope and objectives for projects based on user needs. Create detailed business specifications and logical flowcharts from which programmers can create technical specifications. Conducts problem analysis and submit recommendations for solutions while following employers total methodology maintenance flow policies and procedures.
