We are currently executing the mandate for the following position with a well diversified Saudi group for their chain of fast food and fine dining restaurants in the kingdom. The chain has multiple restaurants for various cuisines.
Designation: Operations Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Reporting In : Outlet Restaurant Managers
Location:
Academic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, with a diploma in Hotel Management
General Experience: 8years Minimum
Specific Experience: Preferably with 4 years in Leadership role
Role Overview:
Ensure that the chain operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the reputation and ethos. Responsible for the business performance of the restaurants, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
