Executive Sous Chef for Jeddah, KSA

We are currently executing the mandate for the following position with a well diversified Saudi group for their chain of fast food and fine dining restaurants in the kingdom. The position is for their fine dining location at Jeddah offering Iberian cuisine. Visa is available only for Indian candidates for the position

Position: Executive Sous Chef

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Academic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, with a diploma in Hotel Management. HACCP Certified

General Experience: 5 years Minimum

Specific Experience: Fine Dining

Candidate Profile

Basic experience in all Kitchen areas, Salads, Meat, Fish, Pasta and Butchery

Basic experience working with computer specially working with Excel and Word

Must be able to coordinate effective and efficient resource allocation through establishing a flexible workforce based on multi skilling and multi tasking.

Must ensure accurate maintenance of recipes, conversion recipes, yield tables and product quality specifications

Able to monitor all related costs and advise on methods to control / improve them
