Presently we have the mandate for the following positions with one of the leading global engineering solutions provider for their ferrous and non ferrous foundry, forging and stamping units at Chennai. Position is open only for local Chennai candidates or candidates having prior work experience in the city. Candidates from auto, aviation, power and other value added engineering backgrounds shall be preferred.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Exp Level
15 – 20 years
Qualifications:
Graduate in Science (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering) and Master degree HR from reputed institutes
Skill Sets:
Exposure to similar engineering industry is a must
Excellent communication skills in Tamil
Strong exposure to industrial and productivity linked HR
Expertise in time motion study, analysis and quality improvement processes
