Presently we have the mandate for the following permanent position with one of the leading US BFSI solutions providers based out of their Gurgaon Offices
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
.Hands-on experience with designing, installing, configuring, and programming (scripting) - Siemens, Avaya technologies - Switches, ACD, IVR, Voicemail. Experience with computer telephony and call center applications for a medium to large user base. Should have experience in working with remote worker telecommunications solutions. Experience negotiating services with telecommunication vendors is required.
Design, implementation and maintenance of effective voice and data networks which impact multiple clients and business areas throughout the firm, with demonstrated experience in defining scope, vision; requirements analysis and documentation, project estimation, and planning.
Formal technical telecommunications training required: PBX administration and programming: Siemens, Avaya PBX Call Routing, MAC work, design and development of ACD applications including but not limited to vast computer telephony integration experience. .
JOB OVERVIEW
As the Call Center Telecom Engineer you will maintain and support the Telecommunications Call Center Computer telephony network for headquarters and remote offices. This includes all Siemens, Avaya PBX, Aspect call center hardware, software, and peripherals, Siemens ACD, IVR, Telemate CDR, and SMSI ACD reporting software packages,
