HR Head for US based ITES client for Pan Asia operations at Delhi

Presently we have the mandate for the following permanent position with one of the leading US based BPO and Contact Centre clients, who provide high quality customer lifecycle solutions through state-of-the-art facilities in the United States, India, Philippines and the United Kingdom. They employ more than 4,000 professionals globally.

 

Position: Head of Human Resources (HR)

Location: New Delhi, India

Exp Level: 15 years minimum

Nationality: Indian

Domain Exposure: At least 8 years and current in the BPO/IT/ITES vertical

Candidates having prior/current experience in the US will be preferred

 

Job Overview:

 

Drive the highest level of ethics and stringent code of conduct with the organization

HR Strategic Planning and Organizational Development Plan for all Company employees

Oversee, design and develop compensation programs that motivate and are validated as competitive in the industry

Lead the development of Best Practices in HR to deliver, attract, motivate and retain of key talent

Develop a leadership plan to build a management pipeline in the company
