Senior BPO Quality Analyst Position at New Delhi

Presently we have the mandate for the following permanent position with one of the leading US based BPO and Contact Centre clients, who provide high quality customer lifecycle solutions through state-of-the-art facilities in the United States, India, Philippines and the United Kingdom.

 

Position:  Senior Analyst – Program Quality

Location: New Delhi, India

Exp Level: 8 years minimum

Nationality: Indian

Domain Exposure: At least 5 years and current in the BPO/IT/ITES vertical

Candidates having prior/current experience in the US will be preferred

 

Job Overview:

 

To identify opportunities for improvement across all operational and quality metrics by conducting analysis. To Work with operations and program management to implement recommendations/solutions.

 

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years in a BPI or analytics function in a top BPO/KPO. Contact center specific experience is mandatory. Expertise in analytical methods and experience of using analytical tools
