From there they will expand to a platform of power products, and will become the market leader in delivering safe and affordable lighting and power solutions to over 1.6 billion people who currently do not have access to electricity in India. They have offices across three continents. Candidates with excellent communication skills in Indian languages will be eligible.

Candidate Profile:
A motivated marketing manager who has grown a pan- India consumer durables or FMCG company with limited resources, and participated in innovative marketing and promotions awareness campaigns and eager to work outside of a corporate environment, in a fast paced and energetic start-up, and ready to build a nation-wide enterprise.
Role Overview:
Create a comprehensive execution oriented 5 year marketing strategy
Manage the launch, product life cycle, pricing, channel and promotional strategies for all products in the Indian market in alignment with global objectives
Deliver key financial metrics and manage a resource constrained budget
Oversee the development of the brand strategy and achieve key brand awareness targets
