Role Overview:
The jobholder will be primarily responsible to develop and implement HR strategies aimed at hiring, training and retaining resources, to achieve desired corporate objectives. Retention is the key challenge for the position
Candidate Profile:
Must have at least eight years of experience in the services industry, and ideally 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Knowledge of insurance industry will be a definite advantage. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the business process and challenges in the services sector.
