Role Overview:

All the legal aspects covering the Commercial & Corporate matters including PSC, JOA’s, commercial contracts, laws pertaining to the company’s business. And to protect the company's legal interest

Candidate Profile:

In a similar role in the oil,gas and refinery industry only. LLB / Preferably LLM
