Skill Sets:

Knowledge & experience working with standard networking equipment for LAN/WAN

Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure operations. Excellent communication skills in Arabic is mandatory for the position.

Presently we have the mandate for the following permanent position with one of the leading US based BPO and Contact Centre clients, who provide high quality customer lifecycle solutions through state-of-the-art facilities in the United States, India, Philippines and the United Kingdom.

 

Position:  Network Engineering Manager

Location: New Delhi, India

Exp Level: 8 years minimum

Nationality: Indian

Domain Exposure: At least 5 years and current in the BPO/IT/ITES vertical. Certified candidates having prior/current experience in the US will be preferred.

 

Job Overview:

 

Management responsibilities for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks, servers, email, telephony, network security systems. Plan, design, implement, maintain CISCO based corporate network structure primarily around routing; switching; securities etc.

To monitor / optimize n/w performance / usage of links. Establish and enforce best practices for network management, configuration changes, monitoring, patch management and security

L2 troubleshooting and support of the complex enterprise WAN, LAN and Voice networks environment

 

Candidate Profile:

8+ years Networking Infrastructure experience in ITES environment with hands on experience in implementing, optimizing & managing –  Routing / Switching / Security with Cisco equipment (routers, switches, etc.) in a multi-protocol environment. Experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, TCP/IP), Multilayer Switching, Cisco IOS, Cat OS, DNS & Address Management, with Cisco 7200 series router and 6500 CAT switch Experience in Open Source & Windows environment.
