CANDIDATE PROFILE:

EDUCATION: B.E / B.Tech

EXPERIENCE: 5-6 yrs

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• At least 5 years experience in project management

• Experience in software product implementation

• Insurance knowledge will be an added advantage

• Able to communicate at all levels of management

• Ability to ensure that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and of quality by the project team, including Users.

• Willing to travel for extended time on overseas work assignment

• Strong analysis/solution design skills and analytical problem solving skills

COBOL, CICS and DB2 with understanding of Dot Net and SQL

Job Description

Provide leadership and oversight of Mainframe and Open Systems programming and support team to ensure quality delivery of multiple projects on diverse technology platforms.
Manage a staff of 25 + technical associates in the enhancements, maintenance and production fulfillment of existing Mainframe and Open Systems applications supporting new and existing global clients.

Effectively support the IT onshore/offshore service model, providing solution delivery to multiple locations in cooperation with US-based project managers, systems analysts and business associates
