Designation: Account Manager

Reports to: Sales Manager / Vice President

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualifications: Ideally a BCA/MCA with a MBA. ITIL will be an advantage

Overall Experience: 6 years of front line IT Sales

Skill Sets:

Preference will be given to candidates available currently in the UAE, strong communication skills in Arabic will be mandatory

Candidate Profile:

Native communication skills in Arabic are mandatory. The candidate should have exposure to front line sales of at least 3 years and current in direct sales of enterprise and government sales IT infrastructure, Storage, Server and Networking solutions

Role Overview

The position involves responsibility for business development, delivery, client interaction and engagement across the private and government clients in the MENA Traveling across the region may be required.

POSITION: Enterprise Storage Architect

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

EDUCATION: B.E / B.Tech EXPERIENCE: 8-12 yrs

SKILL SETS:

PMP Certification would be an advantage
Excellent knowledge of architecture design principles and applications on T Systems Solutions
To define and create the different components of architecture, which can be then used in different solutions.
To lead Design development or Design implementation projects
To create a complete end to end solution out of the various building blocks.
Looking at all aspects such as performance, scalability, reliability, etc.
Sufficient knowledge about ITIL processes and their implementation

JOB OVERVIEW

To translate the business requirements of the customer into Infrastructure designs. It supports presales in delivering solution design for enterprise level architectures.
Responsible for the Hosting and / or the storage solution Designs. This means that Hosting Services as well as Database and Backup solutions are in the scope. Driving the development of new products and services around hosting and storage for the client
